Roundslings are high-strength polyester lifting slings manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-2. They are tested to international standards and supplied with color-coded capacity identification and durable safety labels.
Production can be carried out in different lifting capacities from 500 kg to 200 tons according to demand. Products are prepared with printed load capacity information and optional custom printing options can be offered.
What is a Roundsling?
A roundsling is a lifting sling designed in a loop form with joined ends, featuring a double-chamber tubular structure. It is manufactured from high-strength polyester yarns and enables safe, balanced and controlled lifting of heavy loads.
What are Roundslings used for?
Roundslings are used in lifting, handling, and load securing operations across various industries. Thanks to their flexible structure, they do not damage the load surface, provide balanced lifting and offer a safe solution for sensitive loads.

Roundsling – FAQ
Roundslings are manufactured in full compliance with the international EN 1492-2 standards set for textile slings. Furthermore, they meet the requirements of the European Union Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and bear the CE mark. For safe lifting operations, they feature the 7:1 safety factor (breaking strength) required by the standards.
-
High Capacity and Safety: Thanks to the high-tenacity endless polyester yarns in its core, it can safely lift very high tonnages (up to 100 tons and above).
-
Load Protection: With its flexible and soft structure, it perfectly adapts to the shape of the load and prevents scratching or crushing of sensitive surfaces by distributing pressure.
-
Ergonomics and Lightness: It is much lighter and more flexible than steel wire ropes or chain slings, making it easy for workers to carry, store, and apply.
-
Long Service Life: Its protective outer sleeve protects the load-bearing core yarns from external factors, friction, and UV rays, extending its life.
-
Versatile Use (Endless Design): Due to its endless form, contact points can be constantly shifted to prevent localized wear, and it accommodates all standard lifting methods.
Roundslings are widely used in areas requiring high lifting capacity and safety, such as heavy industry, construction, shipyards, and power plants. They are ideal for lifting heavy machinery and large castings with sensitive, painted, or machined surfaces without causing any damage.
A Roundsling is a professional circular (endless) lifting equipment consisting of an internal core of high-tenacity polyester yarns and an abrasion-resistant woven sleeve that protects this core from external factors. Due to its continuous (endless) form, the contact points with the hook and the load can be constantly shifted, extending the sling’s lifespan. It is designed to safely grip and lift heavy loads without damaging their surfaces thanks to its soft structure.
The lifting capacity of a Roundsling generally starts from 1 ton and can reach up to 100 tons in standard productions. Within the framework of international standards (EN 1492-2), each capacity is represented by a specific color code (e.g., purple for 1 ton, green for 2 tons, yellow for 3 tons, etc.).
