Endlesslings (single-use polyester slings) are high-strength lifting and load securing equipment manufactured in accordance with EN 1492-1 + A1 standard. They are widely used in shipment and logistics operations and are tested according to international standards under controlled production processes.
Thanks to their cut- and tear-resistant structure, Endlesslings provide maximum safety for single-use applications. They can be produced in different lengths and load capacities upon request, and products can be supplied with printed lifting capacity information.
What is an Endlessling?
An Endlessling is a lightweight and high-strength single-use polyester sling designed for lifting, securing, and transporting loads. It is not recommended to be reused after use.
What are Endlesslings used for?
Endlesslings are used in lifting, load securing, and transportation operations. They ensure safe load fixation, especially in export, logistics, and project-based transport applications. After use, they are removed and disposed of.

Endlessling – FAQ
The lifting capacity of an Endlessling generally ranges from 500 kg to 5,000 kg (5 tons), depending on the width of the webbing, the quality of the polyester yarn used, and manufacturing standards. They can also be produced for higher tonnages according to specific project or operational needs. These slings are specifically designed to be used safely for a single transport cycle from the manufacturer to the end user.
An Endlessling is an economical and practical lifting equipment produced in a continuous loop (endless) form, used from the moment a load leaves the factory until it reaches its final destination. These slings are left on the load to eliminate the need for re-slinging at every stage of shipment (port, warehouse, customs). They are produced more cost-effectively than standard slings and should not be reused once their task is completed.
The Endlessling is manufactured in accordance with the DIN 60005 standard specifically for one-time use, or the specific safety factors set by the international EN 1492-1 / EN 1492-2 standards for one-way slings. Additionally, it meets the requirements of the European Union Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and is CE certified. The labels on the products clearly state the safe working load (WLL) and specify that the product must only be used for a single transport cycle.
The Endlessling is widely used, especially in export shipments, one-way logistics operations, and the bundling of bulk loads. It is preferred in multi-stage transportation processes where the load leaving the factory reaches the end user by passing through various transfer points such as ports, ships, and warehouses. Thanks to its continuous loop (endless) structure, it is an ideal and reliable solution for loads that need to be tightly wrapped and transported using the choker hitch method, such as pipe bundles, timber, steel profiles, and construction materials.
-
Cost Efficiency: Production costs are significantly lower compared to standard slings. Since the Endlessling is intended to travel with the load to the end-user, it completely eliminates the return transport costs of empty slings.
-
Versatile Use (Endless Design): Thanks to its continuous loop (endless) form, the load-bearing and hook-contact points of the sling can be constantly shifted. This prevents wear on a specific single point, increasing safety, and allows for various rigging methods (choker, basket, etc.).
-
Time and Labor Savings: It is attached to the load once at the production point and remains on it throughout all shipping stages (port, warehouse, customs). It speeds up operations by eliminating the hassle of re-slinging at transfer points.
-
Load Protection: Thanks to the soft texture of the polyester material, it does not scratch or crush the surfaces of sensitive or painted loads.
-
Ease of Use and Storage: It is extremely lightweight compared to steel wire ropes or chains, making it very easy for workers to carry and apply. Since the slings go to the end user with the load, they do not create extra burdens for businesses, such as sling tracking, maintenance, and storage.
